LOCATION: Council Chambers, City Hall
Please Take Notice that the President of the Council of the City of Fresno hereby
calls a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as it may be heard, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall,
2600 Fresno Street, Fresno, California.
The purpose of the special meeting is to meet and consider the following:
A. RESOLUTION — Amending Rules of Procedure of the City Council to establish a
two (2) minute time limit per speaker on the Consent Calendar, Discussion
Calendar Item, and on matters not on the Agenda, with a total limit of eight (8)
minutes for each individual speaker per day.
Action Taken:
Members of the public shall have an opportunity to address the City Council
concerning this matter.
