Dear Bonique,
I am writing to formally withdraw my request to change the zoning for the property located at 1454 N
Clark St.in Fresno from commercial to M-1,as well as my request of a variance on said property.
In consideration of my withdraw on these matters I expect for the City Planning Department to expedite
any new property quickly if one is found to accommodate our business.To work with the High Speed
Rail Authority and reimburse the fee of$6000.00 due to the costs associated with the Clark property
commitment which was based on the planning staffs recommendation of approval and subsequent
withdrawal of support due to factors beyond the planning departments control,associated with other
city staff members.
