(3)Documentation may be required by the Agency; and may include income tax returns, withholding or informational statements, and proof of age. 7.9 Assistance to Businesses and Others a.Individuals All services to be offered displaced families will be equally available to individual occupying separate housekeeping or nonhouse-keeping accommodations. b.Others The relocation staff will cooperate fully with an owner of any property in the Project Area which is not proposed to be acquired by the Agency but which must be vacated in orderfor the owner to participate in the redevelop­ment program. If he and/or his tenants areso vacated, then all of the Agency's relocation services will be offered to them. c.Businesses and Institutions Business and institutional site occupantswill be personally interviewed to determine their relocation needs and preferences, provided general and special informationalmaterial, assisted in preparing relocationclaims, helped in finding other suitable locations within or outside the Project Area, and rreferred to other groups or agencies forassistance in completing a satisfactoryrelocation. As the situation requires, the relocation staff will refer these site occupants to, andmaintain liaison between, the Small BusinessAdministration, the Economic DevelopmentAdministration, trade association, Chamber ofCommerce, lending institutions, real estate -11- a
