A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 56th AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
RESOLUTION NO. 80-420 TO ESTABLISll CHARGES IN LIEU OF
PROPERTY TAXES.

The Master Fee Schedule Resolution No. 80-420 be and is
hereby amended to establish charges in lieu of property taxes in
Section 13, as follows:

construction work in process.
THAT fees shall become effective retrc,active to July l, 1982.
