RESOLU'l1ION NO. 82-575
A RESOLU~rION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CAJ.,IFORNIA, APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LOAN AGREEMENT,
IND:~NTURE OF TRUST AND BOND PURCHASE
AGREEMEN~l', AND AUTHOR! ZING AND DIRECTING
CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT '!'HERETO.
RESOLVE!O, by the Council. of the City of Fresno (the "Cit.y 0 )
as follows:
1.. That the· fallowing documents {in the fojcm
submitted to th,e City Council or in such form together with
such changes therein, not adverse to the City, as shall be
approved by the City Attorney and Bond Counsel, such
approval to be conclusively evidenced by the execution
the.reo.f as authorized herein) be and are hereby approved,
and that the Chief Administrative Officer or his designee
be and is hereby authorized to execute said documents and
the City Clerk or any deputy be and is h•~reby aut:horized to
attest his signature:
( . \ 1, Loan Agreement, dated as of December 1,
1982, between the City and John Q. Hammons;,
(ii) Indenture of Trust, dated as of December 1,
1982, between the City an.d First Interstate Bank of
California, as Trustee; and
(iii) Bond Purchase Agreement, dated December 1,
1982, among John Q .. Hammons, The Central Trust
Company, N~A. ctnd the City.
2. That the Cbief Administrative Officer and other
appropriate officers of the City ax:e sev·erally authorized
and directed to execute such certificates, agreements and
other closing documents as are necessary to consummate the
transactions contemplated by the documents enumerated in
section l of this Resolution.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of F1~esno at a meeting thereof duly held on
the 21st day of December, .1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: ALVARADO, HUMPHREY, WILLS, WHITEHURST
NOES: DOIG, REICH
ABSENT: WI LL IAMS
