APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MA.P OF TRACT NO.. 3536 , ........................ ~
EL PASO GARDENS . , AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
USES THEREIN r AND AJ?PROVINcr-AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTl:ON OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, :REGENCY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California corporation, ________________________ ..,. __ ....;.... ___ .;:.

has offered far approval a final subdivision map designated as Tract
No... 3536 El Paso Gardens; • '---------·--------·------·-------~
and;
WHERl::AS, all the ce:i:tificates which appear on the final map
(except thi~ app:i:·oval certificate of the Cot1ncil of the City of
Fresnc, and the recording certj.ficate of the Recorder of the County
of :E'resno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdi visic,n 1 ies within the bounda:r ie:s of the
City ~f Fresno; and,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the reg:uireinents of the
'
Subdi,;rision Map Act of the State of California,. alld City ordinances,

resc,lutions and standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subc1ivisio11,
together with the provisions :Eor its design and improveme:nt, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City ..
· WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures

appear on said map, and others hav<~ offered for dedicatic,n certain
streets, public utility easements, access rights. and other public
properties and uses as shown a.nd delineated upon said map; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning commission of the City of Fre~;n0i, by
formal· resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, .:iny
deviations therefrom being deiemed to be approved by this Council;
and,,

WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement, in the~ form presented
to the 'council this day, for the const.x·1.1ction and installation
of improvements as the:t:ein specified for said tract, has been
prepared and iis t·eady for execution.
NOW, THERl~li'10RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno as follows:
l,. That said final tract map(is hereby approved and all of
the streets, public utility easements, access rights and other
public properties and uses offered for dedication on said map are
hereby accepted~
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and the
Director of Public Woz·ks of the City is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City.
