TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 82-28, ,i\ND

SUBJECT TO ALL CONDITIONS OU'!rLINED IN
THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM
DATED NOVEMBER ·18 !J 1982

Development
WHEREAS, the Director of the Development Department on July 19,
1982 conditionally approved Tentataive Parcel Map 82-28 filed by Tan
Terra Investments; and
WHERI~AS, Walker-Pinkston Companies, Inc~, as an interested
party, appealed certain conditie>ns of approvztl of said Tentative
Parcel Map; amd
WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss:i.on at its regular meeting on
August 18, 1982 considered the appeal and resolved to uphold the
Director's conditions of Approval of Parcel Map s2-2a and deny the
appeal, and
WHEREAS, Walker-Pinkston Companies, Inc. has appealE~d the
findings of the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the c<>nditions of approval set
forth by the Director of the Development Department are in
accordance with tbe Municipal Code and ap1:,ropriate.
NOW THl~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the touncil of the City of
Fresno as follows:
1. The appeal of these certain conditions of approval of
Tentative Parcel Map 82-28 is hereby denied.
2. Ten ta ti ve Parcel Map 82-28 is her~;1by approved subject
to all conditions outlined in the Development
Department Memorandum dated November 18> 1982.
