A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCJL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, CONSEMTING TO
CONSOLIDATION OF FRESNO UNIFIED SCHOOL
DI STRICT ELECTION vfITH Dil~EC~r PRIMARY
ELECTION.
WHEREAS, the governing board oJE the Fresno Unified School
District has made a written request to consolidate the
District's 1983 election with the Direct Primarv Election to be ' , ~
held in the City of Fresno on Marcb 8w 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno that the Council consents to such consolidation.
BE I'l.1 FURTHER RESOLVED that thie City Clerk is directed to
deliver a copy of this resolution to the City Superintendent of
Schools.
