RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'I'Y OF FRESNO, CAl.1IF.ORNIA, ·
APPROVING THE :E'INAL SUBDIVISION r.'IAP OF TRACT NO. 3416 ____ .,..,.,
Brentwood Estates No. ~ , AND ACCEPTING DEDICATEfD -PUBLIC
USES THEREIN, AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.

has offered fo:r: approval a final subdivision map desigr1ated as Tract

and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which appear· on the final map
{except the approva.1 certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder Qf the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said fina.l map
has been filed for approvali and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno; and,
WHERE1' .. S, said map conforms to i:tll of the requir~ments Qf the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Council finds thqLt the proposed subdi,tision,
together with the provisions for ii:s design and improvement,, is
consistent with all applicable gen,~ral and specific plans of the
City"
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signat.ures

appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easementsr access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning conunis:sion of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by this Council~
and,

WHEREAS, a Subdivis.ion Agreement, in the form presented
to tr;e 'Council this day, for the construction and installation
of i¢provements as therein.specified for said tract, has been
prep'a:ced and is ready for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno as follows:
.
1. That said final tract mapris hereby approved and all of
the streets, public utility eas ◄aments, access rights and othex:
public properties and uses offered for dedication on said map are
hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and the
Director of Public Wox·ks of the City is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of th~"! City-. __ ...., __ __
