A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TH:E CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBlilN GROWTH MANAGEMENT
PERMIT APl?LICATION NO .. 157, WHICH RELATES TO
PROPERTY LOC.A.TED ON THJS NORTH SIDE OF WEST SHAW
AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH BRAWLE)~ AND NORTH BLYTHE
AVENUES

I WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the service Delivery Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could be
provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to a Cost/Revenue Analysis
and it was determined that the project would result in a surplus of
revenue over capital and operating costs of $118,636 over the
five-year analysis period; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after considering the report
and recommendation of the Development Department, the Service
Delivery Plan, and the Cost/Revenue Analysis, resolved to reccmmend
to the City Council the approval of Urban Growth Manage1nent Permit
Application No. 157.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Fresno approves Urban Growth Management Permit Applicatf;.1,:>n No. 1!57,
subject to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery
Plan, dated October 25, 1982.
