A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA, AWARDING SALE OF BONDS IN THE MATTER OF
CITY OF FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 84
WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No • 82-516

adopted November 9, 1982, authorized the issuance of $1,412,238.,10
principal amount of bonds to be known as "IMPROVEMENT BONDS, CITY
OF FRESNO ASSESSMEN1r DISTRICT NO. 34u, all dated November 2 1 1982,
and further authorized the sale of such bonds by negotiation; and
WHJE!REAS, sale of such bonds ihas been duly negotiated in··
the manner prescribed by Resolution No:. 82-516 ; and -----
WHERgAs, the negotiated bid . received for such bonds was
from MuniciCot.·p of California, whose bid on the various bonds
maturing the years 1984 through 1997 is as set forth in Exhibit
nAn attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference ..
NOW, 1THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The :sale of such bonds to Municicorp of California
for $1,412,238.,10 principal amount of Improvement B<)nds, City of
Fresno Assessment District No. 84 is in the best inte?rest of the
public and shall be and is hereby authorized.
2. ~.rhis resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
