A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION 8.2.-337
CLAIMING LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUNDS FOR FISCAL
1982--83 TO INCLUDE A CLAIM FOR STATE TRANSIT ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno passed Resolution
82-337 on August 3 1 1982; and
WHEREAS, State Transit Assistance funds are deemed part of
Local Transportation F'und Claims; and
WHEREAS, the Local Transportation Fund Clai.m referenced in
the :cesolution did not include a claim for State Trans it Assistance
funds;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Fresno that Resolution 82-337 is amended to increase the Local
Transportation J,h:tncl Claim reques:t cited therein from $5,605,307.00
to $6,346,846.00.
