A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING OF:l?ER TO PURCHASE: REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a wt·itten
Offer from CLAUDIA WILLIAMS AND LUCILLE WILLIAMS, to purchase
the hereinafter described real property belonging to the City
of Fresno; and
WHEREAS, CLAUDIA WILLIAMS AND LUCILLE WILLIAMS propose by
said Offer to purchase the hereinafter described property for
the total sum of 1ti'OUR THO~JSAND ONE HUNDRl~D JrIFTY AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($4,150 .. 00) for Parcel l~64··193-21T; a.nd FIVE THOUSAND
AND N0/100 ($5,000~00) for Par<::c~l 464-171-19T; and
WHEREAS, it appears that said Offer i,s the highest and best
offer rc~ceived for said property, which is surplus to the needs
of the City ,of Frest10.
NOW, THEREJ?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno that said Offer is hereby accepted and the Director
of the Development Department of thE~ City of Fresno is autho-
rized to execute? such documents as may be nei:iessa:ry to consum-
mate the sale to the offerors that real propE?rty belonging to
the City of Fresno situat:ed in the County of Fresno,. State of
California, described as follows:

Commonly known as the northeast corrter of
California and West.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Direct:or of the Development
Department of the City of Fresno is authorized and directed t:o
execute. on behalf of the City a grant deed of said property to
CLAUDIA WILLIAMS AND LUCILLE WILLIAMS; and the City Clerk is
directed to attest said deed and cause it to be delivered to
the grantee or his authorized agent.
