RESOLUTION 82-506
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING OFFER TO PURCHASE REAL
PROl:>ERTY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTlOM OF DEED
Development
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Counc.il a written
Offer from LOCKETT & LAMBETH DEVELOPMENT, to purchase the here-
inafter described real property belonging to the City of
Fresno; and
WHEREAS> LOCKET'r & LAMBETH DEVELOPMENT proposes by sa.id
Offer to purchase the hereinafter described property for. the
total sum of FIVE THOUSAND ANDN0/100 DOLLARS ($5~000.00) for
Parcel 464-193-20T; and FIVE THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($5,000 .. 00)
for Parcel 464-193-22T; and
WHEREAS, it app,ears that said Offer is the highest and best
offer received for said property,. which i.s surplus to the needs
of the City of Jrresno.
NOW, THEREFORE, B,E IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno that s.aid Offer is hereby accepted and the Director
of the Development Department of the City of lrresno is autho-
rized to execute such documents as ma.y bi~ nec.essary to consum-
mate the sale to the off:erors that real property belonging to
the City of Fresno situated in the County of Fresno, Stat:e of
California, de.scribed as follows!

the sum above stated, and in accordance with the terms and con""
ditions of said written Offer.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Development
Department of the City of Fresno is authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City a g~ant deed •of said property to
LOCKETT & LAMBF~TH DEVELOPMENT; and the City Clerk is directed
to attest said deed and cau1E1e :tt to be delivered to the grantee
or his authorized agent.
