RESOLUTION NO. 82-495
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT
PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 156, WHICH RELATES TO
l?ROPERTY LOCATED EAST SIDE OF NORTH FRESNO STREET
BETWEEN EAST ALLUVIAL AND EAST HERNDON AVENUES

WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Deli Vt;~ry Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could be
provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to a cost/Revenue Analysis
and it was determined that the project would result in a surplus of
revenue over capital and operating cost$: of $2,fil3<>00 over the
five-year analysis period; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after considering the report
and recommendation of the Development Department.,· the Service
Delivery Plan, and the cost/Revenue Analysis, resolved to recommend
to the City Council the appro,ral of Urban Growth Management P~~rm:it
Application No~ 156.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Cit.y of
Fresno approves Urban Growth Management Petmit Application No. 156,
subject to compliance with the conditions of the Service Deli v1ery
Plan, dated September 1, 1982.
