BOUNDARIES AND DESIGNATING NAME OF CITY OF

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of l!-iresno, State of
California, that:
1. The map submitted by the Public works Director of
the Ci. ty of Fre·sno showing the proposed bound1aries of the CITY OF
FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.. 88., City of Fresno, County of
Fresno, state of Cali.fornia, a copy of Wb:i.ch is attached ana
marked Exhibit 11 A11 is hereby approved.
2. Such map shall govern for all details as to the
extent of such district.
3. The area set foirth and described in such map is
hereby designated as °CITY OF ltRESNO ASSESSME!NT DISTRICT NO .. 88n
by which name it shall be known in all proceedings of this Council
relative thereto.
