RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fres,no, State of
California, that:
1. The map submitted by the Public Works Director of
the City of Fresno showing the proposed boundaries of the CITY OF
FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 84, City of Fresno, County of
Fresno, State of California, a copy of which is attached and
markea Exhibit nAn is hereby approved ..
2. Such map shall govern for all details as to the
extent of such district.
3. The area set forth and described in such map is
hereby designated as "CITY OF FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 8,4lf
by which name it shall be known in all proceedings of this Council
relative thereto.
