TEN 1rATIVE TRACT No. 3 514
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. :~514 was filed with the
City of Fresno and proposes a 37 lot . subdivision on 230 aerie( s) of
land located on the north side of West Herndon Avenue between North
Harrison and North Ingram Av·enues; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing to review the proposed subdivision and recommended its
conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the Council of thE.~ City of Freisno considered the
proposed subdivision and r 1ecei~red the report and recommendation of
the Planning Commission and of its staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Fresno finds that approval of the tentative tract map is consistent
with the adopted General plan, any applJLcable specific plan, and the
findings required pursuant to Section 66410'et. seq. of the
Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the Council of the City Of Fresno
hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3514 subjE~ct to
compliance with the conditions outlined in 1,evelopment Df~partment
Conditions of Approval dated July 29, 1982.
