RESOLUTION NO. 82-441
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3529 {U1;M 154)

WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3529 (UGM 154) was filed
with the City of Fresno and proposes a 96 lot residential
subdivision and one common lot on 9.6 acr,e( s) of land located on thE:?
north side of East Alluvial Avenue betweEn North Fi1:st. Street and
North Fresno Street; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing to review the proposed subdivision and recommended its
conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the council of the City of l~r e.sno considered the
proposed subdivision and received the report and recommendation of
the Planning Commission and of its staff ,t
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R8SOLVED that t:he council of the City of
Fresno finds that approval of the tentative tract map is consistent
with the adopted General Plan, any applicable specific plant and the
findings required pursuant to Section 66410 et seq. of the
Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the C:i.ty of Fresno
hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No .. 3529 (tH,~M 154)
subject to compliance with Development Department Conditions of
Approval dated September 15, 1982 ..
