OF FRESNO CONDITIONALLY APl?ROV:CNG
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3!536 (UGM 155)

WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3536 (UGM 155) was filed
with the City of Fresno and proposes an eight (8) lot residentlal
subdivision and one common lot on 0-.74 acre(s) of land located on
the southeast corner of North Fresno Street and Bast El Paso Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Plannin~f Commission conducted a public
hearing to review the proposed subdivision and i:ecommended its
conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the Council o:E the City of Ft'esno considered t.he
proposed subdivision and received the report and recommendation of
the Planning Commission and of its staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Counc;il of the City of .
Fresno finds that approval of the tentative tract map is consistent
with the adopted General Plan, any applicable specific plan, and the
findings required pursuant to Section 66410 et seq~ of the
Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fresno
hereby approves the Tentative Map of ~t'r·act No. 3536 (UGM 155)
subject to compliance with Development Department Conditions of
J~pproval dated September 15, 1982.
