CONSTRUCTION.

SECTION 1 .. Section 4(b) (2) of Reso.luti()n 82-347 is amended
to read:
Basic service requirements in ctll other business
and industrial areas not b,areinabove mentioned shall
be deferred fo1~ a period of oner hund.ced twenty days
from the effective date of this resolution.
SECTION 2.. Section 9 of Resolution 132-3~l7 is amended to
read:
This resolution shall become efi;ecti.ve ~,n July 1, 1982,
provided that all time extensio.t1is grant,~d herein shall
expire on October 30, 1982.
