amended to establisih Major Bridge and Major · Street Charge•s and Fee:!.

Street Cha.rges pa.id prior to October 2Z, 1982 shall be adjusted upwaril
to reflect the raties established here. :rn no event shall the
reimbursement be Less than the reimbursernent amount established for
