completion of the Nev-ade-Helm #3 Reorganization:,(RO--81-623) .

3. A proposal to annex to the City of Fresno all of the
unincorporated island generallY south of Tulare ,avenue between
Willow and Peach Avenues shall be filed with the LAFCa office prior
to completion.
