OF THE PROPOSED'"FLORENCE-MAPLE F RESNO LOCAL AGENCY REORGANIZATION FORMATION OMISISTON ------------- 4 WHEREAS, preliminary' proceedi.n s were initiated.by the City 5 of Fresno to annex territory generally located on both sides of j 6 Maple Avenue and north of Florence Avenue to the City of Pre$= ' E s 7 and detach from the .Mid 'Valley Fire Protection District and kings River Conservation District in the County of F'r-esno; and 9 WHEREAS, all apl licati.on for sold prop sal was accepted nor 10 filing by the Executive Officer of this. Local agency Formation �.1. CC)Ttimission; and 1 WHEREAS, said application was set for hearing by the Executive Officer on the 26tb day of May, 1982, at the hour of 2:45 pm. of 14 said day; and 5 WHEREAS, notice of the hearing of said application was duly 16 given by mail, posting, and newspaper publication as required.by 17 .haw; and WHEREAS, the Executive Officer reviewed said application and 19 prepared, a report, including his recommendations thereon said 20 application and report having been presented to and considered by 2l this Commission,; and 22 WHEREAS, this commission considered all relevant factory and 23 heard all interested parties wishing to speak on said application,- 24 and 25 WHEREAS, the Commi.ssi on has reviewed and considered the; information in the Negative Declaration as provided in the Executive 27 officer's Report duly prepared and filed by the City of Fresno. 28 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 'tbe Local Agency Formation 29 Commission of the County of Fresno does'HEREBY RESOLvt, .DETERMINE, 30 AND ORDER as follows s Exhibit "A" COUNTY OF F'RESNO FRE4NCY.
