"Night shift,, " as used in this Section., is defined as a regularly scheduled shift in which an employee works more than four hours between the hours of 5:00 p, . and 8:00 a.m. If an, employee is regularly assigned, to work a shift wherein he works four or more hours' between the hours of 5.00 p.m. and 8f00 a.m., the shift shall.. be known as a. "night shift" and the employee shall " receive ' ''night shift" premium pay for the complete eight hour shift. D. in addition to the premium pay for night shift work, as specified in subsection "C"' of this Sections each employee in the Non -Supervisor y.
