A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESN
ADOPTING SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN EMPLQY'EES
OF THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRESNO.
SECTION
1, Health and Welfare Henef t,,.
The City shall contribute are additional $25 per month
per employee in Exhibit 2 of Resolution 81- 348 for tb �,
purpose of Health & Welfare benefits,
SECTION
1,. The following classes sha.Li be exempt from the
payment of 'overtime -
Property Maintenance supervisor I j
Water System Supervisor

.3. Salary Increases.`

The salary. ranges (excluding E ranges) for classes in
Exhibit 2 of Resolution 81-348 are increased by six
percent (6%,), except as provided in b. below.

Additions to the Executive Pay Range Plan,. The
following classes are added to the Executive .Pay Range Plan as follows:
Deputy City Attorney II,, III -- E3
Aiports operations Supervisor E
Assistant City Attorney E2
Records Supervisor,- - E3

The executive pay ranges for the classes of Deputy.
Director of Planning, , Deputy D�.rctor of Zonings and
Deputy Director of Inspection are b re y amended from
E-2 to E-3 in Resolution 81- 348.

5* Charter officers.
a.
The salary of the CAO shall be $5,66 per month,
b
The salary of the Oita Attorney shall. be 5,188 per
month.
c,
The salary of the City Clerk shall , be. 3 ' 050. per months
SECTION
6 The contract between the City and the Convention
Center Director
is amended to provide for a six percent (6) increase
in compensation.
