PROPOSED "'BULLARD--MAROA 3 i FRESCO LOCAL AGENCY REORGANIZATION FORMATION COMMISSION . 4 WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings were initiated by the City 5 of Fresno to annex .territory consisting of three parts: part. 1 is 6 generally located at the s tithwest corner of Bullard and maroa Avenues (7.3.9 acres) , Part II is located east of Colonial Avenue and north of San Jose Avenue (5.18 acres) , and Part III is located south of ` San Jose Avenue and. east of the Colonial Avenue Alignment, 1 ('2. 65 acres), to the City of Fresno and ` detlach ; from the North .
