Part I
Area to be Detached from the Mid- Valley Fire Protection DiAitrict, the Kings
River Conservation District,. and Annexed to the City of Fresno.
Consisting of Lots 13 to 21, Inclusive, and a portion of Lot .22, of Anooshvan
Park; Lots 17 to 28, Inclusive, of Industrial Homesitess lying an Section 13,
14/20, M.D.B.<&M.
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South -line of the Northeast Quarter of See--
tion.13, Township 14 South, Range 20 East, Mount Diablo Base -and Meridian, as
said Section is shown on the United States Government Township Plats, with a
line which is parallel with and 30 00 feet East of the East ' line of Lot 15 of
Anooshvan park.,. as said lot is shown on the Map thereof, filed in the Office` of
the County Recorder august 31, 1953 and recorded in Volume 16,of Plats at page
55, Fresno County.Records, being also, a point on the existing City Limits pf.
the City of Fresno; thence Northerly, along a'l. n.e which is parallel with and'
30.00 feet East of the East lanes of Lots l5 and 16, of said Ailaooshvan Park,
being also, along the existingCity Limits of said City to the i.n,tersection
with 'a. line which is parallel with and 30.00 feet North of the North Line of said
Lot 16; thence Westerly, along a line which is parallel' with and 30.00 feet North
of the North 'line of said Lot 16, being also, along the existing City Limits of
said City, to the intersection with the Southerly production of the East line of
Lot 46, of said Anooshvan Park; thence continuing Westerly, along a line which
is parallel with and 30.00 feet North of ,the North line of said Lot 16, to the
intersection with a line which is parallel with 'and `30,00 feet Northeast of the
Northeast' lines of Lots 18 to 21, Inclusive;, of ' said A.nooshvau Parr; thence
Northwesterly, along a line which is parallel with and 30.00 feet Northeast of
the Northeast lines of said. Lots 18 to'21, Inclusive, to the intersection with
the Easterly production of the South line of Lot 12 of said Anooshvan Park;

County Records; thence Easterly, along a line which is parallel with and 30-00

Homesites, to the intersection with the Southerly production, of the East 1i.ne of

BEGINNING at the intersection of the West line of Section 18, Township 14 South,
Range 21 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, as .said. Section is shown on the
United States Government Township Plats, with the Easterly production of the
center line of East. Byrd Avenue,. as showa on the Map of Daisy Park. No. 3, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder June 6, 1974 and recorded in 'Volume 28 of
Plats at page 68,'Fresno County Records, being also, a point on the existing
