any interested person desiring to pretest said re-
organization shall do so by written communication

DISTRICT REORGANIZATICN
Area to be detached frcrn the North Central Fire Protection District and, the
Kinys River Conservaticn District, and annexed to the City of Fresno.
Consisting of a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, 13/19,, M.D.B.&M.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 23, Township 13 South, Range 19 East, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, as said Section is shown on the United States Government Township Plats,
being also, a point, on the existing City Limits of the City of Fresnc; thence
Northerly, along the hest line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 23, being also, along the existing City Limits of said City, to
the intersection with the Southwesterly right-of-way line of North Parkway Drive;
thence Northerly, along the Southwesterly right-of-way line of said North Parkway
Drive, being also, along a curve, concave to the East, and 'having a radius of
630.00 feet, being also, along the existing City Limits of said City, a distance
of 320 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the South line of Section 14,
of said Township and Range, at a point which bears South 690 43' 08" East, and
1253..72 feet, from the South Quarter corner of said Section 14; the Radian of the
previously described curve, at said point of intersection with the South line of
said Section 14, bears North 870 57' 13" East; thence North 89° 43' 08" West,
along the South line of said Section 14, being also, along the existing City
Limits of said City, a distance of 1253.72 feet, to the South Quarter corner of
said Section 14, being also, the North Quarter corner of said Section 23; thence
Southerly, along the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23, to
the intersection with the South line of the North half of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23; thence Easterly, along the South
