Ro-82-14 Gil TF r 4 ? 1 1 � 12 MAKING DETERMINATION AND ,APPROVG}3i'R"AL`ION OF THE PROPOSED "CLAY -MAPLE -�# 3--A1d �`a t,'�' _ �,,.,,# . - F NO LOCAL AGENCY 61*TION COMMISSION 2 REORGANIZATION 3 WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings were initiated by the City 5 of L resno to annex territory 'generally located: near Clay and Maple 5 Avenues to the City of 'Fresno and, detach. .from the Iviid--galley, Fire 7 Protection District and Kings River Conservation District in the 8 County: of Fresno; and 9 WHEREAS, an, application for said proposal was accepted for 10 filing by the Executive Officer of this Local Agency Formation it Commission; and 12 WHEREAS, said application was set for hearing by the Executive 13 Officer on the 28th day, of April, 1982,at the hour of 1:30 p.m:, 14 of said day; and 15 WHEREAS, notice of the hearing of said application was 'duly 16 given by mail, posting; and newspaper publication' as required by 17 law; and .$ WHEREAS, the Executive officer revi i.awed said appli.catiOn and 19 prepared a report., including his recommej�dations 'thereon_, said 20 application and report having been presented to ancl considered by 21 this Commission; and 22 WHEREAS, this Commission considered all relevant factors and 23 heard all interested parties wishing to speak on said application;' 24 and - 25 WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewc-Md and considered the 25 information in the Negative Declaration as provided in the 27 Executive Officer's Report duly.prepared and filed by the City 28 of Fresno. 29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE I RESOLVED that the Local Agency Formation 30 Commission of the County of 'Fresno does HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, 31 AND ORDER as follows COUNTY OF FRESNO -RESNO. CALIFORNIA EXHIBIT 1"All Page 1 of :2 Section 1.Said proposal is approved. .Any resolution of the 2 conducting agency ordering this reorganization shall provide that 3 such reorganization shall not be subject to any terms and 4 conditions. 5 Section 2. Said territory, is found. to be uninhabited and 6 is assigned the following' distinctive short ford designation: 7 "Clay -Maple # 3--A" .
