izati.on to be a part of the City of Fresno.

conditions imposed by LAFCO are as :folloiws s

Prior to completion of this proposal, the City
shall agree 'that before anyl lando ner in the
area Shall be required to extend., and connect
to any water or sewer lines or construct curbs
and gutters or street improvemeiits, the City
shall begin proceedings to farm an improvement aj
district for such extensions and improvements,
Such agreement shall be made avallable to each.

Central Fire District shall be eignea by the City .
