the purpose of the proposed reorganization,

subject territory is found to be uninhabited.

reasons for this proposed reorganization are
as
follows:

The sub_)ect territory is 'within the City
of Fresno's Sphere of influence.

This annexation was initiated asa result
of requests for annexation from ;several q
the property :owners within the project area,

Tt is advantageous for the territory within
.the Nielsen-Teilman NNo. 3-A District Reorgana--
'izationto be a part of the City of Fresno.

conditions imposed by LAFCo are as follows:

Prior to completion of this proposal, the City.
shall AcTree that before any landowner in the
area shall be required to eXtend and connect
to any grater or sewerlines,,,or construct curbs
and gutters or street: improvemehts, the City
shall begin proceedings to form an improvement
district: for such extensions and improvements.
Such: agreement shall be madilzk,. available to each
landowner.

Prior to completion of this r proposal, an instant
aid agreement for fire protF;ction with the North
Central Fire District sliaall .' be signed by the City
and District. Such agreement may also provide
for transfer of both fire dts trict :station and
employees to the City..
