RESOLUTION '82-223
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RESNO )
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING WFER TO PURCHASE REAL
PROPERTY AND., AUTHORIZING, EXECUTION, OF DEED
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council
written Offer from THOMAS ` C . HARRISON .AND EDWINA, G
HARRISON, to purchase the hereinafter described real proper-
ty belonging to the City of Pro and
WHEREAS THOMAS C . ORISON AND EDWINA RISC
propose by said Offer to purchase the hereinafter described
property for the total sum of TWELVE THOUSAND AND NO/ 100
DOLLARS ($1'2,000.00); and
�E-REAS, it appears that said Offer is the highest and
best offer received for said property, which is'surplus to
the needs of the City of Fresno.
NOVI 7MEREFORE-BE IT R.E OLVED3 y the Council of the
City of Fresno that said Offer is hereby accepted and the
Director of the H". sing and. Community Development Department
of the City of Fresno is authorized to execute such docu-
ments as may be necessary to consummate the sale tc the of-
ferors that real property belonging to the City of Fresno
situated in the County of Fre snos State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
Lot 12 Block 19 of HAZEVWO0D, according to
the map, thereof recorded in Book 81 Pag' e
46 of Record of Surveys recorded in the
office of County' Recorder of said County.

Contains 16 , 844± Square Feet
together with a.l`l. improvements, if any, situated thereon,
for the sum above stated., and in accordance x4 th the terms
and conditions of said written Offer.
