WHEREAS this proposal is' made pursuant to the District
Reorganization Act of 1565 eontai.ned in Divi.s,ion l of Title
6. (commencing, with Section 6�3a0) of the Califor Gevic
men.t Code and
WHEREAS the nature -of the proposed ch— aw e is a rearga,n_
ization consisting of the detachment of certain rr1tory

WHE EAS, no other counties,, cities, or districts are

WHEREAS: the proposed reorganiZati.on4} is uninhabited

WHEREAS,, the Master Service delivery Plana, adopted by
the Council. on November 13 1979, prepared in' accordance
with Government Code Section 351 2'provides infoxxation
for the City of �'�`riaan.o's plans and policiesfor.: the pro-- .
vision of services in the metropolitan area; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resod ut on No. 80-172 , the Council
has approved the implementation of the Master Service Dellvery
Plan.; and
