RESOLUTION NO. 82-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3501
(UGM NO. 145)
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3501 (UGM No. 145) was
filed with the City of Fresno and proposes a residential subdivision
of five lots on 7.35 acres of land located on the west side of North
Teilman Avenue between West Herndon Avenue and West Fir Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing to review the proposed subdivision and recommended its
conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno considered the
proposed subdivision, received the report and recommendations of the
Planning Commission and of its staff, and finds that the tentative
tract map is consistent with the adopted general plan and any
applicable specific plan and conforms to the Fresno Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Fresno hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3501 subject
to the following conditions:
1. Planning and Inspection Department Conditions dated
February 17, 1982.
2. Public Works Department memorandum dated February 8, 1982,
File No. 7775.
3. Service Delivery Plan dated February 17, 1982.
