RESOLUTION NO. 82-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLU-
TION NO. 81-458.
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Resolution 81-458 is amended to
read:
Grantee shall submit plans and/or requests for hardship
waivers to the city for underground construction in
commercial and industrial areas in time sufficient for
Council to make a final determination concerning said
areas within 150 days from November 3, 1981.
SECTION 2. Section 4 of Resolution 81-458 is amended to
read:
Failure of Grantee to submit the appropriate documenta-
tion necessary for Council to make a final decision on
underground construction for commercial and industrial
areas within the stated 150-day period, shall cause
reinstatement of the originally approved construction
schedule and require that grantee wire the entire City
by January 1, 1982, or forfeit the franchise.
