Section 2. Said territory is found to be uninhabited and
6 is assigned the following distinctive short form designation:
7 "Lewis-Eleventh #1-B".
8 Section 3. The City of Fresno is designated as the conducting
9 agency, and the governing body of said agency is hereby directed to
10 initiate reorganization proceedings in compliance with this
11 resolution.
12 Section 4. Further proceedings shall be initiated by the
13 conducting agency not later than 35 days after the date f adoption
14 of the Conmission resolution and shall be conducted and completed
15 pursuant to required law. Proceedings and any resolution of
16 approval shall comply with the Commission's resolution of approval.
17 §ection 5. The Executive Officer is hereby authorized and
18 directed to mail certified copies of this resolution as provided
19 in Section 56272 of the Government Code.
