A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $20,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT FACT FINDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
Finance MSD Personnel
THAT a transfer of $20,000 from the General Fund Contingency is hereby approved within the appropriation set forth in Part III, Section l.10000-0900 of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 81-243 to provide funds for a Fact Finder to conduct an investigation of the Personnel Department.
THAT account titles and numbers requiring adjustment by this Resolution are as follows:
