A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 10
TO THE FEDERAL AID MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 06-5060 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FRESNO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1978, the City of Fresno and the
State of California entered into a Federal Aid Master
Agreement No. 06-5060 for improvements or restoration of
roads, streets, highways, fringe parking and public trans-
portation facilities within the City of Fresno as a require-
ment for federal assistance; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides for Supplemental Local
Agency - State Agreements (program supplements) to designate
who shall advertise, award, and administer the contract, the
Federal funds requested, and the matching funds to be pro-
vided by the local agency and the State; and
WHEREAS, the Council has from time to time adopted such
supplements; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into Program Supple-
ment No. 10 for the construction of a bus shelter at Broadway
Plaza and Merced Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Fresno that Program Supplement No. 10 of the Federal
Aid Master Agreement No. 06-5060 is hereby approved and
adopted, and the Public Works Director is hereby authorized
and directed to execute same on behalf of the City.
