Fresno finds adoption of this resolution making application
for reorganization constitutes an approval and determination
to carry out a project within the meaning and intent of Public
Resources Code Section 21152 and directs staff to file an
appropriate notice of determination consistent with the
California Environmental Quality Act.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Council Resolution No. 81-
328 is hereby rescinded.
