RESOLUTION NO. 82-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 9
TO THE FEDERAL AID MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 06-5060 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FRESNO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1978, the City of Fresno and the
State of California entered into a Federal Aid Master
Agreement No. 06-5060 for improvements or restoration of
roads, streets, highways, fringe parking and public trans -
portion facilities within the City of Fresno as a require-
ment for federal assistance; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides for Supplemental Local
Agency - State Agreements (program supplements) to designate
who shall advertise, award, and administer the contract, the
Federal funds requested, and the matching funds to be pro-
vided by the local. agency and the State; and
WHEREAS, the Council has from time to time adopted such
supplements; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into Program Supple-
ment No. 9 for the reconstruction of Bullard Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Fresno that Program Supplement No. 9 of the Federal
Aid Master Agreement No. 06-5060 is hereby approved and
adopted, and the Public Works Director is hereby authorized
and directed to execute same on behalf of the City.
