RESOLUTION NO. 82-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3503
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No 3503 was filed with
the City of Fresno and proposes a residential and professional
office subdivision of 126 lots on 18.4 acres of land located
on the northeast and northwest corners of West Herndon and
North Fruit Avenues.
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing to review the proposed subdivision and recom-
mended its conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno considered the
proposed subdivision, received the report and recommendations of
the Planning Commission and of its staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Fresno finds that approval of the tentative tract map is con-
sistent with the adopted general plan, any applicable specific
plan, and the findings required pursuant to Section 66410 et.seq.
of the Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fresno
hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3503 subject to
compliance with the conditions of the following:
1. Planning and Inspection Department Conditions dated
1/16/1982.
2. Public Works Department memorandum dated 12/29/1981.
3. Service Delivery Plan dated 1/6/1982
