RESOLUTION NO. 82-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRESNO CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3151
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3151 was filed with the
City of Fresno and proposes a residential subdivision of 27 lots
on 30 acres of land located on the west side of North Blackstone
Avenue between the San Joaquin River Bluffs and West Audubon Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing to review the proposed subdivision and recommended its approval;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno considered the
proposed subdivision and received the report and recommendations of
the Planning Commission and of its staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Fresno finds that approval of the alternative design entitled
Exhibit "B," dated December 15, 1981, of the Tentative Map of
Tract No. 3151 is consistent with the adopted general plan, any
applicable specific plan, and the findings required pursuant to
Section 66410 et. seq. of the Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fresno
hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3151 subject to
compliance with the conditions of the following:
1. Preparation of the Final Map of Tract No. 3151 in accordance
with the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "B," dated December 15,
1981, on file with the City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection
Department.
2. Planning and Inspection Department Conditions dated
January 6, 1982.
3. Public Works Department memorandum dated December 29, 1981,
and January 8, 1982.
4. Service Delivery Plan dated November 4, 1981.
