A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 33rd AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 81-243 BY TRANSFERRING
$600,000 FROM THE WATER CURRENT FUND (52000) TO THE
WATER CAPITAL FUND (52300) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
KAVANAUGH VISTA, CALU14ET AND NORTHEAST GARDEN WATER
COMPANIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No.. 81-243 be
and is hereby amended as follows:
