RESOLUTION NO 7 9 - 4 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
PURSUANT TO FRESNO MUNICIPAL 'CODE SECTION
10 -1017.
V7HEREAS .. vehicle Cade Section 21107.8 permits a
city -to enforce Vehicle Code Sections 22350, 22507.81 23103
and 23109 on privately owned parking facilities designated by
ordinance or resolution; and
WHEREAS, Fresno Municipal Code Section 10-1017 provides
that subject private `parking facilities shall be ,designated by
resolution of the Council, following a duly noticed public
hearing.
NOWT THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. A public hearing to d.ete"i ine which private parking

facilities shall be subject to Section 10-1.017 shall be held

on NDvember 13, 1979 at 7 Q0 P.X
2. The City Clerk is hereby direct&.! to give at least
ten (10) days' prior written notice of this public hearing
to the ownerand operator of each of the facilities listed
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference,
