HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - City Council - 79-440 - 1979-10-09Ask t RESOLUTION NO.7-440 11 TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 3176 (UGM 75) RELATING TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE 'ORTHSIDE OF EAST ALLUVIAL AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH FIRST STREET AND NORTH FRESNO STREET WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3176 was filed, on August s, 19792 and after review by all affected agencies, was presented: t© the Council of the City of Fresno for review and. approval; and f i WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno after consider- ing the report and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Subdivision Review Committee, the Department of Public Works, and other affected agencies, and after receiving oral evidence and upon making its own independent investigation, concluded that the Tentative Tract Map was consistent with the adopted general plan .and any applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and recommended its conditional approval; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno after considering the report and recommendation of the Manning and Inspection Director., the report and recommendation of the Commission, and the contents of the Service Delivery Plan and Cost/Revenue Analysis, found that Tentative Tract Map No. 3176 is consistent with the _adopted ,general plan of the City of .Fresno, and its approval would be consistent with the objectives of the Urban Growth Management Ordinance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fresno hereby approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3176 subject to the following conditions 1. Preparation of the final map of Tract No. 3176 in accordance with the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A" dated August 6, 1979, on file with the City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection Department. 2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan dated September 13, 19719, which applies to 'Tentative Tract No. 3176. 3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection Department memorandum dated September 13, 1979 4.
