Nees Avenue and N. Band Avenue, cu)" and, WHEREAS, the Official Plan Line of E. Brand Avenues have been deemed necessary for the orderly development of the immediate vicinity, and., WHEREAS, the improvement of E. Nees and N. Band Ayenues should: be assured, and said, streets should be maintainer) as public streets.
