RESOLUTION NO. 7 - 4 4
TENATIVE TRACT ' MAP No. 3196 AND UGM NO. 74 RELATING T
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NC3RTH GATEAVENUE
NORTH OF WEST SHAW AVENUE
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3196 was filed on July 31, 1979
in addition to UGM No. 74, was reviewed: by all affected agencies and.
was presented to the Council of the City of Fresno for review and
approval and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the
report and recommendation of the' Planning and Inspection, Department,
the Subdivision Review Committee, the Department of Public Works, and
other affected agencies, and after receiving oral evidence and upon
making its ouTn independent investigation concluded., that the Tentative
Traci. Map was consistent with the adopted general plan: and any appli-
cable specific plan. of the City of Fresnor and voted. 6 to 1 with none
absent to approve said application subject to all conditions con-
tained in the staff report dated Septemebr 4, 1979
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno, after considering the report
and recommendation of the Planning and. Inspection Director, the report
and recommendation of ` the Planning Commission, and the contents of
the Service Delivery Plan and Cost/Revenue Analysis, found that 'Tent-
ative Tract Map No 319E is consistent with the adopted general plan
and any applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and its ap-
proval would be consistent with the objectives of the -Urban. Growth,
Management Ordinance.
Now Therefore the Council of the City of Fresno resolves as follows
Tentative Tract No. 3196 and Urban Growth Management APpl
No. 74 are hereby approved subject to the following conditions
I. Preparation of the Final. ,Map of Tract No. 3196 i
accordance" with the Tentative Tract Map entitled
Exhibit "A", dated July 31, 1973, on file with the
City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection Departxont
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service De-
livery Plan dated September 1.4, .1979, which applies
to Tentative Tract No. 3196.
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and
Inspection Department memorandum dated September 40
1979,
4 Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works
Department memorandum dated August 27, 1979.
5. Compliance with the requirements of the Fresno Metro-
politan Flood Control. District Memorandum dated
8/15/79 (requirement requested by Fresno Metropolitan
Flood. Control District).
