RESOLUTION NO.79-421
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FR S°NO, CAL?P`ORNTA,
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MhV OF TRACT NO.
AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
USES THEREIN, .AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION- OF THE
SUBDIVISION ,AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS.. Rod DeLuca Development CC")- , Inc.. and Fansler Inc.
has offered for approval a final subdivision map designated as Tract
No. 3066
and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which. appear on the final. map
(except the approval certificate of the Council ' of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno; and,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the ,requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Council fends that the proposed subdivision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City.
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures
appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easementsf access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map.-, and,
WHEREAS, the. Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by'
formal resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by this Council", {{

WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement, in the form presented
to the Council this day, for the construction and installation
of improvements as therein specified for said tract, has been
prepared and is ready for execution;
NO'ini', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno as follows
1. That said final tract map is hereby applroved and all of
the streets, public utility easements, access rights and other
pubic properties and uses offered for dedication on said map are
hereby accepted
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and the
Director' of Public Works of the City is _hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City.
