A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO.ADOPTING
THE loth AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 79-265 BY MAKING AN APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFER OF $117,890
FROM GENERAL CONTINGEINCY (0610) TO HOUSING & COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT (2100) AND PARKS & RECRFJTION DEPARTMENT (3000
TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO OPERATE FOUR SPECIAL SUMMER YOUTH PROJECTS

PURPOSE: To provide funds to operate four Special Summer Youth
Projects as follows; 1) Youth Oriented Recreation Services; 2) Youth
Graffiti and Vandalism Project; 3) Uat oval Youth Project Using Mini -
Bikes; 4) Senior Citizens Garden Assistance Project.. Tbiese projects
are designed to help solve the juveniledelinquency problems of East
and West Fresno.
